i have stayed in a premium double or twin room here. the room size was adequate for two people with enough space to move around. the hotel location is central with nearby shops and restaurants. breakfast offered a good variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries.

i noticed that the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate. the reception staff indicated it was centrally controlled. this made the room uncomfortably warm at times and impacted sleep quality.

the hotel's location was acceptable, putting me close to several shops and restaurants.

My room smelled terribly of the drains, and maintenance couldn't fix it. I had to buy drain cleaner myself. breakfast options were limited and often cold. the bar was never open during my five-night stay, and the restaurant only opened when i specifically asked, and then had no fish available.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. The bacon was undercooked and greasy. I found it floating in fat. The breakfast manager walked around looking stressed, using a pen to pick his ears and nose.

the hotel was centrally located, easy to get around.

The room smelled strongly of sewage throughout my stay. accessing the hotel with luggage was difficult because of the stairs at the entrance. No ramp was available. the staff did not consistently restock toiletries, and i had to request them daily. i expected more from a four-star hotel.
